A CROWN BRAID FOR EVENING
This sweet hairstyle is a little Heidi and a little Sienna Miller—and takes only minutes to create. Braid a ponytail hair extension that matches your hair color and pin it at the nape of your neck. Wrap the braid around your crown, pinning the ends at your nape, then let your hair hang loose or twist it into a low knot directly above the braid.
Here is my own interpretation of this trend:
Instead of branding a just a thick section of hair, I chose to french braid the front portion of my scalp in two separate section according to how I normally part my hair. once i Braided up to my ear, I started braiding in basic fom till I could wrap both sections around the back of my head and secured with a ponytail holder. No bobby pins necessary( to add a little more volume and a messy element comb braid with finders for a casual lift)
I've been having alot of fun lately with my make up. I shall call this look... "Paradise Sunset."
I used coastal scents 88 palettes in shimmer and matte shadows. The colors I used wear a variety of pinks, whites, and a slight touch of lemon to give a more sunset feel. I also used a purple and navy to smoke out the bottom. The lashes are optional of course, but It really gives the look a sweet and exotic touch.
